It Started With A Love Of Baking
Not a commercial kitchen. Not a chain bakery. Just Elise creating incredible bakes that locals couldn’t get enough of. Today, customers regularly stop by the Cake Shed to discover what’s freshly baked and waiting inside. Some come for the brownies. Some come for the sticky toffee sponge. Most leave with more than they planned.

We ordered a half and half sponge — School Cake and Sticky Toffee — just before Christmas. I cannot explain how amazing these cakes were, such a treat on Christmas Eve. Value for money too, I would have easily paid more. I will definitely be coming back.
